We offer the right solutions for any situation where it is necessary to underfill lifts or deal with sagging concrete floors in extensions.
URETEK FLOORLIFT®
URETEK is recognised worldwide as a technically advanced specialist in the repair of subsided concrete floors and steel foundations.

A level floor is essential for uninterrupted business operations or carefree living. The URETEK FloorLift® method has been developed for underfilling and lifting subsided concrete floors, extensions and storage rooms, as well as infrastructure such as (asphalt) roads, concrete slabs, level crossings and abutments on bridges and viaducts.
Principle of operation
With the patented URETEK FloorLift® method, the two-component expansion resin is injected directly beneath the subsided concrete floor. The expansion resin expands beneath the floor; as the volume increases to the point where the stress exceeds the weight of the structure above, a minimal upward movement of the structure occurs. The concrete floor or foundation slab is now levelled. As the pressure continues to build, the structure is lifted. The injection process is monitored very carefully using precision laser measuring equipment, enabling the structure to be raised to the desired level with millimetre accuracy.
Technical data:
- Volume expansion of expansion resin up to 30 times;
- Expansion force of up to 50 tonnes per m² (500 kN/m²);
- Weight of expanded resin only 70–120 kg per m³;
- Excellent dimensional stability; shrinkage less than 1 per cent per 10 years;
- Height adjustments with tolerances of less than 5 mm;
- Load-bearing capacity of at least 20 tonnes/m²;
- Can be loaded immediately; 90 per cent of final strength after 15 minutes;
- The expanding resin is FCWK-, formaldehyde- and radon-free;

Injection
Following a predetermined pattern, injection holes with a diameter of 12 mm are drilled through the concrete floor. An injection lance is inserted into the drill holes, to which a specially developed injection gun is connected.
Inside the injection gun, the two-component mixture is thoroughly mixed and injected under pressure beneath the floor surface.
Expansion
Immediately after injection, the two-component mixture reacts, causing rapid and powerful expansion beneath the floor surface to up to 30 times its original volume. Initially, the powerful expansion causes a horizontal build-up of stress (path of least resistance).
As the stress continues to rise, a vertical build-up of stress follows. Any voids present are compressed shut.
Underfilling and Lifting
As soon as the stress in the subsoil exceeds the weight of the structure above, an upward movement of the floor structure will occur. The injection process is monitored using precision laser measuring equipment.
By carefully and gradually increasing the stress, the floor can then be raised millimetre by millimetre. This method can also be used for the preventative treatment of floors and concrete structures.
