The solution
Thanks to the three URETEK methods, most foundation problems can be resolved quickly and fairly easily, often within just one or two days. What’s more, this approach is far cheaper than building a new foundation. Our DeepInjection® method works as follows: by injecting a powerful expansion resin directly beneath the foundation, the subsoil is strengthened and the foundation is repaired and stabilised. This prevents further subsidence. It is quick, requires no digging or demolition, is precise, durable and environmentally friendly.
