Floor and foundation repairs for listed buildings
Do you live in a listed building and are you experiencing problems with cracks in the walls? The cause almost always lies in soft soil layers, sometimes in combination with a poor foundation. Many listed buildings are constructed on a non-piled (brick) foundation.
When problems arise in the subsoil, this can lead to uneven settlement. The result: cracks in walls and façades. URETEK has developed special injection techniques to repair these floor and foundation problems.
Solutions for foundation problems
With our patented DeepInjection® method, FloorLift® method and HybridInjection® method, we offer a tried-and-tested solution for foundation problems and subsided floors in listed buildings and other cultural heritage sites. These injection techniques ensure that the load on the structure during the repair work is minimal. Disruption to you as a resident is also kept to a minimum.
