Lifting subsided tram tracks
Subsided tram tracks and track foundations can cause disruption and lead to hazardous situations. The URETEK FloorLift® method allows these subsidence issues to be rectified quickly, cost-effectively and without causing significant disruption.
The URETEK FloorLift® method is the ideal solution for lifting subsided tram tracks:
- major interventions such as breaking up or re-laying the concrete foundation are not necessary;
- the subsided concrete foundation can be restored to the exact correct height within a short time.
Lifting subsided tram tracks
To rectify the subsidence, we inject a powerful expanding resin beneath the concrete slab. This creates significant upward pressure, bringing the subsided concrete foundation back to the correct level. This injection method is extremely precise and can be controlled down to the millimetre. See how the URETEK FloorLift® method works here.
