Floor and foundation repairs in public buildings
Floor subsidence in a public building can lead to serious problems and pose an unacceptable risk to staff and visitors. Temporary closure of the building affected by subsidence disrupts operations and service provision. With the URETEK FloorLift® method, URETEK offers an innovative solution for the rapid repair of subsided floors, without disruption and at low cost.
The URETEK FloorLift® method is the ideal solution for lifting concrete floors in public buildings:
- major interventions such as breaking up or re-laying the concrete floor are not necessary
- the subsided floor can be restored to the exact correct height in a short space of time
- the floor renovation is completed in days, rather than weeks or months
- the sunken floor does not need to be cleared
- desks and other office equipment can remain in place
- the building remains fully accessible to staff and visitors throughout the floor repair
- The repaired floor can bear loads immediately
- There will be no disruption to your business operations or service provision.
Lifting sunken floors
When repairing sagging concrete floors, we inject a powerful expanding resin beneath the floor. Thanks to the significant upward pressure, the sagging floor is raised again and cracks and joints are brought back together. This injection method is extremely precise and can be controlled down to the millimetre. See how the URETEK FloorLift® method works here.
