Foundation repair in residential construction and for housing associations

Whether it’s a subsided foundation of a house, an extension or an outbuilding, or a subsided floor: URETEK provides a quick, hassle-free and durable repair solution, in residential construction and for housing associations. We do this in three ways:

URETEK FLOORLIFT® for construction companies and housing associations

Using the innovative URETEK FloorLift® method, we effortlessly restore a subsided floor to its original level. We do this by filling hollow spaces beneath the concrete or foundation slab, whilst the expansive properties of our material lift the structure. In the case of valuable floors – such as a high-quality tiled floor or a heritage floor – we work from the outside to prevent damage. The URETEK FloorLift® method is quick, simple and causes minimal disruption. It is ideal for construction companies and tenants of housing associations, as they can simply stay at home whilst the work is being carried out.

URETEK DEEPINJECTION® for construction companies and housing associations

Using the URETEK DeepInjection® method, we reinforce the weak soil layers beneath subsided or unstable foundations. Where necessary – and where possible – we raise the subsided foundations again, thereby reducing the formation of cracks in walls and façades. As we carry out the injection work from the outside of the property in most cases, disruption is kept to a minimum. The work takes just one or a few days, and residents can simply stay at home; the ideal solution for housing associations and construction companies. This technique is also quick, affordable and causes minimal disruption.

URETEK HybridInjection® for construction companies and housing associations

Using the URETEK HybridInjection® method, we reinforce and stabilise subsided and unstable foundations on soft clay and peat layers. We do this by injecting our highly expanding two-component resin into a specially developed geotextile element with a diameter of 40 mm. Due to the expansion force, this element expands to a diameter of 360 mm. This creates a solid resin column beneath the subsided foundation, which provides support and stabilisation. This prevents further subsidence of the foundation. Disruption during the works is minimal. A highly practical solution for construction companies and housing associations: no chiselling or demolition work is required, and residents can simply stay at home. URETEK HybridInjection® is not suitable for buildings with pile foundations.
