Technical capabilities of grouting with expansion resins

The applicability of our injection techniques is closely linked to the nature and composition of the soil in question, particularly in the case of foundations. Based on our current understanding and the state of the art, the following limitations apply:

  • Foundation repair for pile-supported floors and properties
Concrete floors and foundations that are pile-supported (resting on piles) cannot be treated using our injection techniques.
  • Foundation repair in continuous soil layers of clay and peat
Subsidence of concrete floors and foundation slabs in the aforementioned soil types can be effectively treated using our FloorLift® method. Masonry and concrete strip foundations cannot be treated, or cannot be treated effectively, using our standard injection technique (DeepInjection® method) if the subsoil consists largely of only (soft) clay and/or peat. We have developed the HybridInjection® method specifically for this type of situation. This injection technique can stabilise soft clay and peat layers to a depth of 8.5 m.

Injection depth

With our current injection techniques, we can reach depths of up to 8.5 m (HybridInjection® method) and 6.0 m (DeepInjection® method). If the problem areas are situated deeper, a different solution must be chosen.

Network of foundation experts

Our many years of specialist experience have resulted in an extensive network of foundation professionals, meaning we can usually refer clients when we encounter floor or foundation problems that fall outside our area of expertise.

Foundation problems?

We would, of course, be happy to discuss the options offered by our injection methods with you. You are always welcome to contact us to discuss your problem.
