We can resolve your ground subsidence issue at a listed building for you
The step-by-step guide below shows you quickly and easily the steps we take to tackle your problem.
Step 1
Understanding the current situation
Whatever the cause, URETEK always goes back to basics. We usually begin with an analysis of the geotechnical soil investigation and an on-site assessment. During the site visit, the technical adviser assesses the situation, after which the possible cause is identified. If this indeed confirms that the issue is one of subsidence, a no-obligation quotation for repair can be drawn up.
Step 2
Repair advice
The problem analysis leads to repair advice, which is included in the quotation. The technical adviser will now draw up a treatment plan for the solution in the specific situation. A recommendation will be provided regarding which repair method will be used to rectify the subsidence, which section will be treated, which resources and materials will be used, and what the costs will be.
Step 3
The work: Minimal disruption, extremely precise
Disruption caused by URETEK during the repair work is minimal. Residents experience only minimal disruption and businesses can continue their activities without having to halt their operations. There is minimal chiselling and breaking work involved, and we usually operate from the outside. URETEK’s specialist and experienced staff carry out the work using a production unit with a full range of equipment.
Step 4
Completion and aftercare: The service you’d expect
Once the repair work has been completed, we always check to ensure that everything has gone as expected and to your satisfaction. We guarantee that the material will retain its original volume and strength. Should you have any further questions, our technical adviser is, of course, always on hand to help.
URETEK free problem assessment
